The Automated Task Queue reduces or eliminates the requirement for a supervisor to direct staff to warehouse activities. Incomplete transactions are queued by priority and pushed to available staff. Queued transactions include put-away, replenishment, order picking, stocktake.
Congestion and processing delays are easily identified using the graphical dashboard monitor, showing the length of each task queue, and estimated total processing times. Drill down by task and location hierarchy to the specific zone requiring attention.
Generate charts for ranges of transactions including order and item processing by day, week, month, per staff or total. Useful for monitoring KPIs.
